I Don't even know what this is...

Fall into a trance,
The reader falls into a trance,
-A trance of pleasure
-A trance of pain
When poetry is read,
Into the brain.
Fall into a trance, reader
Fall into a trance.
Fall swift
Fall sluggish
Fall waspish
Fall tedious
Fall into a trance,
Follow words
As they pass
Fall long
Fall now
Fall then
Fall when
When the words capture you-
Fall into a trance.

I didn't post it in poetry because well....look at it, lol. I like the way it sounds thought.

Trying to hide this piece, huh. I hardly ever wander away from poetry. Today the "Why My House" piece caught my eye.

I won't critique (because you're not calling it a poem), but I liked it, for whatever it is.

I thought the constant repetition of "fall" would annoy me but it didn't.

I thought it was fun to read

Thanks everyone. CMM< if you ever find this thread again, a critique might not be all that unwelcome. actually, I had wanted to put it in poetry...but...well, i mean...its kinda odd.

Lilac, thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
