Here's the last part

Your wife’s labels

There are many important labels (or tags) that all wives have attached to themselves that we as husbands should know. Some are visible like “Handle With Care” while some are not. Most of these labels can be found in our daily lives. Some are found on the shipping boxes, at the bank, on the door of your teenage kids, on T.V. commercials, and in the kitchens. If you’re a guy like me, the chance is that you probably don’t bother to pay attention to any labels I mean, who would in his muscle-driven mind pay any attention to the label ‘This Side Up’ on a basketball box? Not to mention the bafflement behind the reason for putting that label there in the first place. Some labels just don’t make any sense just like you think some of the stuff your wife says doesn’t make any sense.

Now, let us wonder, is there any reasons for such a label? The answer is, yes there is one and probably exists in multiples. Same goes true for all the labels that are attached to your wife. Whatever it is, her label has reasons behind it whether it makes sense to you or not. Take your time and try to understand the reason and the purpose of the labels because once you understand, your marriage will sail with a breeze.

Knowing what labels your wife has is important because it can save you a lot of Tylenols, stomping beer bottles on the table, and smoking in frustration. We all know women are ‘high-maintenance’ but we only look at it in terms of money and meeting her satisfactions. What most of the men fail to realize is the underlying meaning of the word ‘maintenance’. Anything that requires a maintenance usually has a set of instructions on how to do it. Knowing your wife’s labels is like understanding these instructions so that your efforts to keep her ‘highly maintained’ are always performed the right and effective way. If your wife has a label that reads ‘New Customers Only’, then you’d better treat her like she is your very first date every day. If she has a label ‘Rest Area Ahead’, she is saying it’s okay for you to put your trust in her and come to her when you’re weary and troubled instead of being a macho and trying to muscle it on your own. You can keep troubles from brewing up in your relationship if you pay close attention to the labels. Don’t wait for the chief engineer of the ship of the marriage to shout “Blast, she’s packing a quite of steams, she can’t keep this up sir!” and throws down the wrench.
