A real world romance

I'm working on a true story about something that happened in my life here, this is the short rundown; maybe there's nothing to exciting here, but in the details there is a lot of romance and a lot more drama.

While in Corpus Christi I kind of accidentally met this awesome most amazing girl that's ever existed...
here is the short short story...
My old roommate met this girl at a dance class
Her and I started talking at some point and she started liking me (and me her) before [my roommate] had displayed an interest
At some point there was a big confrontation when she told him she liked me and he ended up guilt-tripping her into seeing him because she had met him first and it wasn't fair; at the same time he forces a promise out of her to only see him
She tries to tell me that we shouldn't be friends, but I convince her that we can be; we see eachother a few times then she tries to break it off with me again, I pour out my heart and she starts to see the kind of guy I am and can't go through with it.
We see eachother a few more times then she feels so guilty about breaking the promise that he forced her to make that she tries to break it off with me again...I do something she finds amazing (accidentally) that night and she can't go through with it.

I'm not going to tell you how it ends, but it was long, dramatic, and very romantic at parts. I'm currently working on getting it all down and then starting to work on getting it published. During the romance I would buy her flowers, make surprise visits, kiss her hand, constantly come up with new surprises for her, and even write some poetry. There's also going to be a fair amount about how flight training is going for me here with the T-45. It's going to be 99% true though I am thinking about adding a scene and removing a few things that don't add to the story. Would anyone be interested in reading this you think?

There's always people who like a good romance novel, and this doesn't seem a too bad idea.
