This story, 'Eye of the Storm' was written during my Year 12 as an escape from studying. It's my first story of such length and I am proud of it for two main reasons. The fact it is more than 50,000 words and the fact that I finished what I set out to accomplish.

Eye of the Storm is a sci-fi action story that describes the exploits of a squadron of UEO (the good guys) subfighter pilots in their bid to escape Hawaii after the isalnd has been invaded by the Alliance of Macronesia (the bad guys).

The story is a fanfiction story (please don't ignore it because of this fact) set in the expanded universe of Atlantis DSV, which is based upon the 1993 television series seaQuest DSV.

I've posted it to fanfiction.net because it has a rather useful tool than converts .doc files in html format. Here is the link (click me).

Please review it and make make constructive criticisms on how I could better my craft.

Sorry. I have no interests in Fanfic. I started to read it, but it just kind of slipped away from me. Maybe it's because I'm stoned, or because I'm no fanfic fan, or because I don't, well I just can't read it. But GL, I'm sure there are tons of people following the Buffy/Angel/Firefly/Babylon 5/Stargate "things" so you may have better appeal to others.
