Thread: Format Question.... HELP!!

I am probably at the wrong website. But perhaps someone can direct me to the proper website.


I'm looking for a forum that deals with things such as manuscript format. In particular I have questions about numbering the pages for a fiction novel.


Also I'm wanting to know what the rule of thumb is these days on sending out manuscripts. Do agents want the printed page sent by 'snail mail'......or do they prefer to receive a cd disc.....or do they want everything sent by email?

I love writing, but I despise the high-tech aspect of things. So if there are new skills that I must learn, then the sooner I know this, the better.

Agents that are accepting will have their own guidelines. You'll have to read the individual guidelines because they vary.

cvp - Select 'edit', then select all of your post, then go to the left end of the formatting bar and press the icon that has a red x over two A's. That will change your post into something much more eye-friendly. I will read it then, and perhaps many others will as well. In its present condiion I can't read it.
