Thread: H.E.A.E.I.B. Chapter 40: War In Europe 7: First Encounter With The Nazis (Violence)

Authors notes: Just to make sure that there's no confusion, the first paragraph is not from narratives view but from Luke's.
Edit: Added some more scenes to make this battle a bit more action packed.

Chapter 40: War in Europe 7: First encounter with the Nazis

It's been 24 hours since I've heard of their deaths. At times I go into a rampage and kill the demons when I think about them being dead. Right now, we're reaching the next borderline and are just a few meters ways from exiting the forest that we're in when all of sudden.
Just as they take their first steps on the open grounds, bullets whiz by Luke. He quickly hides behind a tree and turns back to face his soldiers. They all crouch down so they wouldn't be easily targeted.
Luke takes out his binoculars from the backpack he's carrying and looks across the field. About five machine guns are posted behind some barricades and are being controlled by the nazi soldiers. Many Demon-Planes start rise from the horizon ahead and unload some demon looking artillery as if they are preparing for a huge battle. A messenger bot runs past the crouching soldiers and stops in front of Luke.
"Send in our artillery and Blue-Tanks! Quickly!" He orders the messenger.
The messenger nods and runs back into the forest. A tree explodes next to Luke and crashes down. He starts to show the soldiers some signs and they all understand it. The sounds of the Blue Transport Planes flying closer to them can be heard louder and louder and within seconds many Blue Artillery are crashing down at the edge of the forest. The enemy fighter planes quickly start to swarm the skies as do the Blue-Fighters. Another tree gets blasted apart near Luke as the battle begins. Every plane in the battle are doing some extreme turns and curves while trying to chase down their enemies evading enemy attacks. Many crash into each other and fall onto the battle field below. The Blue Artillery launch their attacks by blasting blue energy cannons at the enemy. The soldiers scream out and charge in and most of them quickly explode to pieces as they touch the ground.
"Mine bombs?"Luke thought in his head.
The planes have became so fast that they became blurs when looking at them from the ground. Luke looks through his binoculars once again trying to find a way to see if the mines can be seen. The nazis soldiers charge at them and some of them explode to pieces as they step on the mines as well.
"They hid the mines so well that they forgot where they placed the mines." He thought to himself as he continues to observe the situation.
The battle turns even as both sides take heavy casualties. One of the machine guns gets blasted apart from one of the energy cannons and hurls about a dozen men into the air. More Blue-Fighters and Demon-Fighters crash and explode sending debris into the forest and killing more soldiers. Luke tries to find shelter from the falling debris when another tree gets blasted apart from enemy fire. He runs towards his artillery as quickly as he could and taps one of the robots in control.
"Try to take out the enemy artillery! It's best if they are taken out quickly." He orders.
The robot nods and turns back to the artillery. It locates the enemy artillery locations and fires off energy cannons. The other artillery follow until the skies are shrouded in energy balls. Some Demon-Planes fully hit the cannonballs and explode on impact.The remaining energy cannonballs spray down on the other side of the field sending dust and smoke into the air. More and more soldiers charge into the battlefield. Luke grabs Gods Blades and begins to think of a strategy.
"I guess that i'll have to risk it all on this run." he thought o himself.
As he charges in, mine bombs explode all around him. One explodes so close to him that it sends him hurling five feet into the air and crashes into a destroyed enemy plane. He tries to stand back up quickly. A Nazi soldier charges at him with a knife in his hand. Not thinking straight, Luke stabs the soldier with his blades. Two more aim their weapons at him but he kills them both with two swings and continues to charge forward. Another Blue-Fighter crashes down in front of him. Metal pieces fly his way and he quickly dodges. Those that are controlling the machine guns notice him and take aim at him. He withdraws out a belt of bombs from the backpack, takes the pin off on one of them and throws it onto the closest machine gun. The Nazi soldiers that are around it begin to run away from it. The bomb explodes sending a few of them into the air while he jumps over the set barricades.
The Nazis charge at him. He slices their heads off one by one spilling their blood everywhere. When he kills the last one, he takes control of one of the guns, aims at the remaining enemy artillery that still stand and fires. One by one they explode into pieces. As he destroys the last one, His soldiers, artillery, and planes pass by and continue to charge forward into another grassy field. Then he turns off the machine guns and turns around. A messenger bot stops right in front of him again.
"Send in the medical crew and see if any soldiers are still moving!" He orders.
Some loud banging sounds can be hear from the distance behind him. He looks up into the sky. Black patches of smoke can be seen. The Nazis are shooting down the Blue-Fighters with mortars. He's just about to charge into battle again when a second messenger runs up to him with some news.
"Sir, there was something in the news about the captain and Samantha being alive. They say that the Russians have seen a blue plane explode and crashing down!" He proclaims.
Lukes eyes open wider and wider.
"Quickly to the radar room!" He orders.
About 20 minutes later, he reaches the radar room which is inside the Blue Transport Planes.
"Start the world wide radar system. I need to locate the exact position of the captain and Samantha immediately!" He orders the soldiers that are in control of the radars. The five of them nod and start typing away. The earth is shown on a huge flat screen T.V. The earth turns towards Russia and quickly zooms in. A few dots pop up on the screen along with some coordinates.
"Sir, I've found them! They're near the Russia-China borderline!" One of them announces.
Luke turns around to the messenger that just arrived in the room.
"I want you to prepare a thousand soldiers. I'm going to rescue them." He orders.

Not good in my opinion I'm afraid. The amount of English errors made me feel that it is not your first language? Ignoring that, it just read 'this happened, that happened, then this happened'. There is no feeling or engagement for me as a reader. I would like to see one of your war scenes reworked with this in mind. Good luck.

I'm guessing that you're a first time reader of my works? These war scenes that already happened aren't that important. It's just showing the progress of the story and the war. The battle scenes are deeper in the next upcoming battle scenes. I will look through this chapter and fix up a bit. And to your question, yes. English isn't my first language.
