OPEC: Pros, Cons, Revisions?
I was wondering what you guys thought about the OPEC cartel.
I myself obviously hate the heinous gas prices these days, but if the purpose of OPEC really is to protect the interest of those countries... well that's a worthy cause. I just can't help thinking maybe there's a better way to do it or something. Cartels make it so everyone wins - except the consumer. Is there a way to make it so everyone wins INCLUDING the consumer?
You guys are some of the most intelligent people I know so I was wondering if you had any ideas.
