This made me laugh because I can relate! I think the only movie that has historically made me cry is Sparticus, at the end when she's holding the baby up. I tear up every time.

BUT, the Notebook hit me like a ton of bricks the first time. When I realized that he keeps helping her come back only to go through the pain of losing her again, all because of the few moments he can have with his true love... I bawled like a baby!

I'm good watching it now, but that first time was incredible. I don't think I've ever had a movie get that kind of emotional reaction from me.

Ox, you can ask the same person that question over the course of a few years and their answer is bound to change dramatically. We always pretend to know what we want, or what will make us happy, but usually we're wrong. Sometimes WAY off. I think the trick is finding someone that fills in your gaps, so to speak. Don't get me wrong, I love them women-folk as much as the next man, but it just seems nuts to sit down and really decide: "Okay, there's one person out there out of six billion. Just for me. Good thing I know exactly how to find them!"

All you really need for an intimate relationship is to have someone you can be your best and worst around. Someone to accept your flaws, and rejoice in your strengths.
