Fancy employing all those Chinese to make an advert like that.![]()

America is borrowing from China so that Americans can buy Chinese goods. American taxes are paying the interest on the loan which can be used by China to continue building the red army. The borrowed money is also being used by the USA to fund wars which China is opposed to. Quite a scenario.

This p.s.a. is nothing more than American conservative propaganda (propaganda being a concept used a lot around here lately), it ties in perfectly with their message. Just think, the Chinese are laughing at us because we are weak and stupid for all the reasons that republicans have warned us about; and this ad proves because it is, after all, an actual lecture.

I think you have the measure of it Blood.

Very true.
Not to mention the glaring stupidity of whoever conceived the ad; has anybody else picked up on the fact that the very policies the Chinese lecturer mocked as leading to the collapse of the US are policies that China itself embraces, such as state planning ("government takeover", "stimulus spending", high taxation), and public healthcare (the "massive changes to healthcare" in reference to the recent attempts by the Obama administration to expand, by law, health insurance coverage)? The logic of the lecturer just doesn't compute...then again, boogeymen are never portrayed as logical.
I doubt many Tea-Party supporters who watched the ad would recognize those ironies, considering it unabashedly panders to their sentiments. The ad is a minute long strawman argument.

Yeah, I did, and I thought about saying something but I declined. Plus, that video is raw business. I've got to give props where props are due. No need in playa hating especially since just about everything we will read and hear from now on into the distant future will be propaganda in one form or another.
I think in America the far-left and the far-right should take a nice long bus ride. Of course to avoid violence, in separate buses. Then, again, maybe not.
Both camps are powerful and vicious, and they are zen masters of propaganda. Scary stuff for innocent Americans caught in the middle.
If I had my way, I'd deport all of them and leave the Mexicans alone.

I think a century old argument is finally starting to reach the boiling point. Hopefully we all figure out how to turn down the heat before it explodes in our faces.
And, one other thing. I'd bring all the fine young men and women home from the military and give the far-assholes weapons and tell them to go defend themselves.
Stupid jerks. Nothing but a spoiled bunch of troublemakers.
