Too Many Adjectives?

Okay I just had an aquaintance who is also a writer tell me that my story Midnight (link to the thread I posted it on here) has too man adjectives but I can't see it. I read through it a couple times but I don't know what he's talking about, maybe I'm too close. You can post your opinions on the Midnight thread so you don't have to navigate back here. Thank you for your time.

Taxiday is an unknown quantity at this point
As Sen Yama said, watch out for the "ly" words AND "ing"!
You probably need to look at the "to be" words to find better verbs.
