Lin's basically praising you because you don't think you should be telling people how to write I think.
Anyways, in any case like Lin and others said, I wouldn't let comments get to you. It would be quite a big mistake. Look at the feedback by all means and decide whether to take it or not, but never let anyone dissuade you from writing.
Besides, I don't know if your rude comment was aimed at me, someone else, or everyone. But you didn't insult me or anything like that.
I just wanted to kinda drill home the fact that self editing is a necessary evil. Anyways, keep at it and best of luck with the writing. Keep sharing as well.
