The Cosmic Twister

The Cosmic Twister is a character that I decided would make a good central figure for a fictional story. He can use time and reality to his own ends.
He realises that all art/entertainment/learning is banal and uninviting, so decides to capture the 9 muses and help them to regain their respective purposes. The moral? Don't try to control things over which you have no jurisdiction.
So far I've written most of Melpomene's(tragedy) story and Thalia's(comedy), and some background to The Cosmic Twister himself. All Written in the first person.
Good idea? Bad Idea?

Looks interesting so far. I suggest you write it all, then look at it to see what needs fixing.

That's pretty much the plan. Linking the ideas together is going to be a challenge, but not impossible.

Sounds complicated. Most people won't know much about muses. As long as you don't use much Greek it may work, but it does seem to be a lifetime's work. Why not write something funny instead?

regards

Ieuan

Cheers for that.
Not sure how recognisable the classical muses will be anyway. And I hope people find it amusing. I've spent a long time writing comedy, so that should help.
