Million mile an hour Ghost - does it work?

Hi,

Please open attachment to view chapters - Couldn't work out how to get paragraphs by copy/pasting into this bit. Sorry.

Here is chapters 1-3 plus the first part of chapter 4. Chapter 4 I have had the most trouble with (third re write). It may appear a bit disjointed, but it does all make sense late on! In short, does it work??

This is my first novel and in the main i am happy with it. It's just the beginning really that bothers me, in the sense of, does it make the reader want to read the book?

thanks
paul
