Well, someone asked me to do that once. He then attempted to interpret aspects of my personality from the features.
Another common one is to ask someone to draw a house.
It is a kind of popularised version of Jungian interpretation but can be a good ice-breaker.

The pig is looking left towards the past. You may have had considerable suceesses such that you risk resting on your laurals, allowing past achievements to carry you. The pig is more or less centrally placed but very significantly is the word "oink" written below it. This is someone who is not affraid to draw attention to themselves although there is no brashness. There is a certain sophistication which means that even these attempts are done with a certain skill and flourish a shown by the curls in the tail. There is a sense however of not fully being able to stand on your own feet or at least an unconscious insecurity about falling, which you may not even be fully aware of, indicated by the break in the front leg. It indicates that you may feel your position to be somewhat fraught or at least not fully justified on a subconscious level, or it may be a literal struggling against physical injury.
