AMG for Literature

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this in, but it seemed the most likely.

Has anyone come across a website that is like allmusic.com for book. I know there's wiki and sites such as amazon and barnes and noble, but I was looking for something with a little more to offer. For example, AMG offers an artist bio, discography and some reviews, artist influences, similar writers, and expansive genre listing and description.

Certainly I could hunt down any of those things, but there must be a site that has everything together like AMG.

Goodreads | get book recommendations from people you know allows for such a thing. It just depends on the users helping out.

I signed up for that site. It seems like its going to be interesting. The sites reminds me of a less formal bookmooch with reviews. Thank you for your recommendation.

I am surprised that there weren't more though.

No. I want it all. The information given is key of course, but how it's presented is also important to me. Check out a band profile for allmusic and you'll see. Easy to view discography list, what genres the artist fits in, short bio, and artist influences, similar artist, and those inspired by the artist all in the same place. Maybe I'm asking for too much, but I don't think so.
