Shantaram

I intend to buy this next week (am currently finishing Kafka's, The Castle). Does anyone have anything good to say about it? Reading the blurb it seems fantastic. No spoilers please.

I've got Shantaram. I tried to read it once, but I just got... I don't know... bored with it. I don't know why, either. By the blurb and the couple of hundred pages I read, I looked fantastic. Maybe I just wasn't in the mood...

I think I'm going to go back to that, though, so maybe I'll have better things to say then (got other books on the go right now...).
