Holiday reading

On Tuesday, my family and I are going to Hamner Springs, which is a village in NZ that has natural hot springs, which have been made into a big tourist attracting pool complex. http://www.hanmersprings.co.nz/thermal/home/

The thing is, I'm not really into sitting in a pool for hours and letting my skin wrinkle, I'd rather sunbathe with some good books, and I'd like to know what you guys reccommend!

I hate sci-fi and fantasy. I love Nicholas Sparks, Nicholas Evans, James Patterson and Elizabeth Adler.

Any suggestions?

Grace
