    Memoirs of a Geisha

I applaude Arthur Golden for this book. It's full of suspense, culture, and just a touch of love. The characters are lovable and worthy of hate, depending on which ones, and the storyline is certainly amazing. Golden never ceases to describe something that does not need to be described, and I felt for Chiyo every chapter.

Read it and you will not be disappointed. It's going in my favorites.
We live; we love; we learn; we soak it in; we spit it out; we run in circles and then sleep face down, with our heads buried in our pillows, trying to shut it out.
