Thread: The Hours

Read "The Hours" by Michael Cunningham. Brilliant.

Can you add something about the book? What is it about? Why did you like the book? Etc?

It's about 3 women, who are all artists in their own sense--One's a Florist, One's a writer (the famed and brilliant Virginia Woolf), and one's a Housewife. The novel "The Hours" chronicles how these three women are related to each other (thematically and plot-wise) due to their interest in the timeless novel by Virginia Woolf, "Mrs. Dalloway" (which I also recommend). It's written by my favorite author Michael Cunningham, it won the Pullitzer Prize and was made into an Academy Award winning film.
