I'm looking for a book that I'm sure someone else must have read, and for all I know it's relatively popular. But anyways...It's about this guy that gets chosen for this government project, experimenting with time travel and he had to dress the part of the year he wanted to go to and like meditate his way there...anyone? I know there was a woman named Julia and I think there was a sequal. The help would be appreciated.
