Mostly known for my generation for the crucible and some other great plays.
The things that I create are only made complete by those who enjoy them.
The Crucible was one of his plays, but I think he is best known in the acting world for Death of a Salesman. When I was a drama major in college, it was considered a must read and THE audition piece for male actors.
He was a driving force in theater and one of the most influential playwrights of any century

Death of a Salesman and View From The Bridge are two of my favourite plays, thank you Arthur Miller, you opened my eyes that little bit wider.

I'm in 11th grade english...and we began to read The Crucible about 3 days before his death...It was really good, and I'm planning on reading others (such as Death of a Salesmen) that are by him.
Simply from the Crucible, I think he was a very gifted playwrite.
