Has anyone by chance read 'Orcs' by Stan Nicholls? If so, is it worth the $15 dollars; is it a good read? I've read some of his other stuff, but sorta iffy on this one.

The Sci-Fi Guys Newest Interview with Author James Enge is now up and live!

I bought it a while back, read some way into it, then ditched it. Can't remember why, just kind of got really angry and disillusioned by it. I may try again though, as it is sitting on my bookshelf gathering dust.
I have to agree with you factorydweller, ditched it after the first chapter. One minute Queen Jennesta trust the Wolverines and the next she is trying to kill them by sending Delorra. Too much switching on the story line for my taste.
It's actually quite decent, even though the language is somewhat 1850's London lol. I liked it, even though it's one of the lesser realistic fiction books (if that even makes sense lol).
Something i've been working on for a while now, it has a slow start but please read it and comment - It would mean a lot to me
