You should have been here when I left primary school, you should have been here when I had that crisis three years ago to tell me what to do. You should have been here when I turned 16, you should have seen me when I won that thing that time. You should have held me when that boy broke my heart, you should have seen my smile when I found out what love really is. I should be able to have long conversations about him with you, I should be able to rant at you when my friends piss me off, I should be able to cry with you at Titanic. I should be able to say this to you if I wanted to, in fact, I shouldn't have to even think of saying it. Because you should be here.
