I published a novel recently, an ebook and print edition, the former with createspace, the latter with Amazon. After six weeks no sales were reported on my member dashboard. I found this puzzling because a number of people had mentioned buying the book, many others had logged onto the www.wardrjones.com (confirmed by Google Analyitics).
