I published a novel recently, an ebook and print edition, the former with createspace, the latter with Amazon. After six weeks no sales were reported on my member dashboard. I found this puzzling because a number of people had mentioned buying the book, many others had logged onto the www.wardrjones.com (confirmed by Google Analyitics). I called createspace and Amazon, and after speaking with several of their representatives was told that third party suppliers were sometimes used by Amazon, and for them payment the period was 30 days after the month following the month in which the books were sold. So two months at least after the last sale, which seems like a very long time to wait for a royalty payment, especially when the front publishing fees are collected Amazon. Just wondered if anyone else has noticed this, or complained, as I did. Not that we could do anything about Planet Universe.
