    I was attracted by an article last June in The Wall Street Journal announcing the rather meteoric rise of ebooks, also the high altitude of royalties to authors. So after swearing not to I published without the aid of mid to high power NY house. Instead I hired a publicist, which during two months has been successful in booking more than twenty reviews, book giveaways, and interviews. My website's had an increasing number of visits.     I published a novel recently, an ebook and print edition, the former with createspace, the latter with Amazon. After six weeks no sales were reported on my member dashboard. I found this puzzling because a number of people had mentioned buying the book, many others had logged onto the www.wardrjones.com (confirmed by Google Analyitics).
